At Calcey, we are deep believers in ‘sending the elevator back down’. That is why we launched Calcey Springboard, a one of a kind opportunity for talented individuals to commence a career in Sri Lanka’s burgeoning tech sector. The first cohort of Springboard learners are now well into their academics, and will be ready to take on the challenges of the real world in a few months.

We have a responsibility to make it easier for them to secure internships, which is why we launched ‘Ride 4 Good’.

Over the course of 5 days from 15th October 2023, a small team of adventurers will embark on a journey to conquer the tough and unforgiving, yet breathtakingly beautiful terrain of Sri Lanka’s central hills.

We hope it will help us drive attention towards our cause, and encourage our peers in the industry to offer interviews slots to the learners of Calcey Springboard.
