What you'll do

  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot networks, systems, and hardware to ensure high availability and reliable operations
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and provision environments to support development and internal operations
  • Own ISO 27001 technical compliance responsibilities, including controls, evidence, documentation, and audit support
  • Implement and maintain security controls, backups, and disaster recovery practices for servers and endpoints
  • Act as the main point for IT requests, prioritizing work, tracking progress, and improving internal documentation
  • Manage hardware inventory, procurement, preventive maintenance, and replacements
  • Monitor software licenses/subscriptions, ensure compliance, and optimize costs
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents quickly and minimize downtime

We expect you to have

  • Strong interest in systems administration and a hands-on troubleshooting mindset
  • Solid networking and systems fundamentals, plus awareness of cloud concepts and security risks
  • Strong follow-up, communication, and task ownership across multiple requests
  • Comfortable taking responsibility for ISO 27001related work (experience is a plus, not required)
  • Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, networking) and 3+ years in a similar role is an advantage
