What You'll Do
- Works closely with our global clients to understand, document, and prioritize their requirements
- Collaborates with the Sales team to engage prospects and potential clients
- Help to manage relationships with our business partners and clients in an effective, professional, and productive manner
- Conduct demos effectively
We Expect You To Have
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of user stories
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with agile software development practices (Scrum) would be a plus
- Experience as a Scrum Product Owner would be a big plus
- Up-to-date knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Be knowledgeable and up-to-date on software lifecycle and best practices
- Be a university degree holder or a self-learner, we welcome anyone who is passionate about business analysis
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new business domains within a short period of time
