What You'll Do

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager specializing in Digital Lead Generation who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to improve lead-generation efforts.

We Expect You To Have

  • 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation
  • Be a university degree holder (from a local or foreign university) 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
  • Hands on experience with crafting high quality marketing content in English for a global audience
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads aligned with business objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure a competitive edge
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for lead-generation purposes
  • Implement content marketing strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads throughout the sales funnel
  • Oversee and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze campaign performance against these benchmarks
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future opportunities
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales objectives
